ARCH-006: Combined Floor Plan Study

The current architectural concept places a steel-frame superstructure over the existing garage, preserving all existing stucco walls and the concrete slab. The design adds nine columns, an upper storage loft, and a south-facing solar roof.

- Open ground-level walkways: under the new exterior posts
